Is it possible to copy files to a remote machine through your tenant?

Yes, it is possible, but you must be using the local RDP client and have the Privilege Remote Access Kit installed.
To install the Privilege Remote Access kit, please do the following:
  1. Login to the tenant
  2. Go to Settings > Infrastructure > User Preferences > scroll to the bottom of this page
  3. Look for the section that says “Local Client Launcher” and click “Download"

After installing the Remote Access Kit, the customer should be able to copy files to the remote machine.

It is not possible to copy/paste through the tenant when using the built in web client. This is a limitation of the browser.
