Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

Question: 

Why does the Firefox Centrify Browser Extension not allow a user to click any of the options in the toolbar?

For example, when you click on the Centrify Browser Extension icon in the toolbar, all options are greyed out as shown below:

Answer:
 

The likely cause is that the version of Firefox being used is the ESR (Extended Support Release).  Currently, the ESR version of Firefox is not supported.  The only solution is to use the Centrify Browser Extension in a regular version of Firefox.
