When attempting to perform a self-service password reset on a machine with Centrify Agent for Windows, the popup error appears "Failed to reset password, authentication service is not available". The error appears as soon as the Password Reset link is selected.
This issue is seen on cloud tenant Windows machines where the tenant has a custom URL set in Settings -> Customization > Tenant URLs
The self-service password reset functionality will work as long as the Windows machine has internet connectivity.
This issue is resolved in the Centrify Agent for Windows Component Update for Release 2017.3 (version 3.4.3 build 872) available in the Centrify Customer Support Portal.
