User failed to enroll Samsung device using direct link (enroll.samsungknox.com) with Ethernet Connection. After clicking "Next" on the Enrollment page, an error message "Unable to connect to network. Check connection settings and try again" was shown:
On the same device, device can be enrolled when using Wifi or cellular data.
Samsung does not support device enrollment using the above direct link with Ethernet Connection.
Use wifi or mobile data when enrolling using direct link.
Enroll by using the Centrify mobile app downloaded from Google Play Store.
