Question
How to grant read-only access to Centrify Support, this will help with investigating issues with role memberships, cloud connector/s, system login, account management and more.

Answer:
Please see the following instruction to grant read-only access to Centrify support:

1. Please follow:
Enabling read-only access for Centrify Identity Services platform support

2. This feature does not grant access to infrastructure service by design. In order for support to gain access please follow these steps:
  • Go to “Roles” Tab and open the “Technical Support Access” and formally known as Read-only System administration. Then add the “Privilege Service Power User” administrative right.
  • Go the Members section of the Role and check to see a member called techsupport_TENANTID. This is the user that gets created to grant support access.
