When enrolling a Windows 10 device, why will a User see the message saying, "A server error occurred. Please try again. (0x80190193)" and how can it be resolved?Answer:
This error can occur in 2 scenarios;
1. User has exceeded the max number of devices that are allowed to be enrolled, in their Centrify policy for MDM
2. Windows 10 enrollment is not is not permitted in the User's Centrify policy for MDM
To correct this issue, an Administrator will need to either increase the number of allowed devices to be enrolled in the User's Centrify MDM policy, or permit Windows 10 enrollment.
