Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.
  • - Minimum supported Internet Explorer version is IE9

KB-9058: DirectAudit licenses are not appearing in the licensing server

Problem:
DirectAudit licenses are not appearing in the Centrify Licensing Service Control Panel. 

Cause:
DirectAudit Management Service is what updates the license usage for DirectAudit to the Centrify Licensing Service. This service needs a restart to send license information. This issue is also caused when the DirectAudit Management Service is not configured or running. 

Resolution:
DA license setup

1. Open Centrify DirectAudit Management Server Control Panel (Audit Management Control Panel)
a. Ensure the Service is configured
b. Address any errors displayed
c. Restart the service.

 
2. Open Centrify Licensing Service Control Panel
a. Restart the service
b. DA Licenses Tab will show list of all DA license keys.
