Applies to: Centrify Agent for Windows 3.4.1
Problem:
When upgrading Centrify Agent for Windows to 3.4.1 on a Citrix XenApp 7.13 the following message is received:
Failed to change registry. Value cannot be null. Parameter name: value
The windows agent will then roll back to previous version and not upgrade. Is it possible to upgrade the agent?
Cause:During the upgrade process the installer did not clean up an LSA registry.
Workaround:Attempt the install for a second time and it will successfully finish.
Resolution:This will be fixed in a later release.
