Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.
  • - Minimum supported Internet Explorer version is IE9

KB-9003: Form filling does not work if the application requires MFA

When user clicks the Centrify icon, selects the login credential and click "Go" on a website configured in Centrify portal, only  '...' is showing and there is no further response:

It could be caused by the application policy configured in Admin Portal > Apps tab > click the corresponding app > Policy. Currently, applications with strong authentication are not supported with Form-Filling.


Please check the application policy and confirm it is not MFA required.

If this is not working after changed the app policy, please try to clear the browser cache and delete all saved password/usernames stored in browser.
