Question:

How can an iOS device be un-supervised?


Answer:

Complete the below steps to un-supervise the iOS device.

1. Open a browser window and go to deploy.apple.com

2. Go to the MDM server added for Centrify

3. Search for the iOS device serial number

4. Un-assign the device

5. Go to the Admin Portal > Settings > Apple DEP Configuration and click on ‘Push Profile’

6. Wipe the device.

Once the device has been wiped, it will no longer be supervised.
