Question:

How can install logs be collected for the Centrify Agent for Windows?

Answer:

The msiexec utility will need to used to gather the install logs.

Open up a command prompt and type the following:

msiexec /i "<pathToCentrifyAgentForWindowsInstaller.msi>" /L*V "<PathForLogfile.log>"

Example:
msiexec /i "C:\Centrify-Suite-2017.1-mgmt-ent-win64\Agent\Centrify Windows Agent64.msi" /L*V "C:\temp\agentInstallLog.log"

The gui setup wizard will be launched. Continue through the setup wizard and finish.

Once finished, the install logs can be found at the location specified in the msiexec command.
