When an administrator enrolls a Mac on behalf of an end user, he may receive the following error: "Enroll failed, Problems downloading and creating your profile on behalf of [User Name] for local user [username] with device ID [XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX]. Check your network connection and try again. Cause:
The user entered in the "User to Enroll" box is not a valid user in the Centrify Admin Portal.
Resolution:
Please make sure to enter a valid username (and domain suffix) that the user uses to log in to the Centrify User Portal.
