KB-7840:Does Centrify offer self service web api to build Centrify zone and roles?

Centrify DirectControl ,

16 January,17 at 08:34 PM

Applies to:
Centrify Direct Control for Unix/Linux on all platforms

Question:
Does Centrify offer self service web api to build Centrify zone and roles?

Answer:
We do not have any self service web api other using Adedit from Unix/Linux side.

ADEdit offers complete control of Centrify objects and properties from a Linux or UNIX
console.AdEdit is for use from Linux/Unix side.We also offer Powershell to do this from Window side.Administrators with the proper permissions on the Active Directory domain
controller can modify every aspect of operation that the DirectManage Access Manager
offers. For example, administrators can use ADEdit to create zones, add groups, delegate
permissions, define roles, and modify user properties, group membership and role
assignments.
