Question:
After installing a new instance of Access Manager, the zones have disappeared. How can they be restored?
Answer:
The zones just need to be reopened. That can be done in a few different ways.
1) By right clicking on zones and choosing the Open Zone option.
2) By choosing the Add Zone to Console option.
3) Or by right-clicking on DirectManage Access Manager and choosing Options.
On the Options tab, check the Load All Zones Checkbox to load all your zones.
