Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.
  • - Minimum supported Internet Explorer version is IE9

KB-7658: Why invited AD users are not added to Users Tab in Cloud Manager if they are invited as a member of AD group

When inviting an AD group via Cloud Manager > Users > Select Users, the group members will not be added to the user list. However, users will be added if they are being invited directly rather than being invited as a member of AD group. Is this expected behaviour?


Inviting users via group has always worked this way if the invite target is a group and this behaviour will not be changed. We are inviting the group only (with a single email to the group email) so users are not added to the users table in this case.
