Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.

KB-7633: How to take out user from Everybody role?

Question:

By default all the cloud users will be added to Everybody role after being created, is there a way to exclude a cloud user from the everyone role?

Answer:

To exclude a user from the Everybody role, select the Is Service User option on the user Account page and save the change.

NOTE: Please ensure this user is a member of a role with Centrify User Portal application assigned or user may fail to access all the applications which are deployed by admin user.
