Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.
  • - Minimum supported Internet Explorer version is IE9

KB-7534: Application's status is 'Not Configured' even with all required fields entered

Problem:
For the new added application all the basic required fields are entered with proper values, while it is still marked as 'Not Configured' and invisible in user's app list. 

Cause:
The status 'Not Configured' means this application is not configured completely. 
This could be caused by missing a field in Advanced page.

Checking following image, the 'Additional Login Field' is filled with a parameter while the 'Additional Login Field Value' box is empty. The prompted note shows that if 'Additional Login Field' is set, then entering the corresponding value into 'Additional Login Field Value' box is required.

Resolution:
Once 'Additional Login Field Value' is set, the application will be marked as 'Deployed'.
