Problem: For the new added application all the basic required fields are entered with proper values, while it is still marked as 'Not Configured' and invisible in user's app list.
Cause: The status 'Not Configured' means this application is not configured completely. This could be caused by missing a field in Advanced page.
Checking following image, the 'Additional Login Field' is filled with a parameter while the 'Additional Login Field Value' box is empty. The prompted note shows that if 'Additional Login Field' is set, then entering the corresponding value into 'Additional Login Field Value' box is required.
Resolution: Once 'Additional Login Field Value' is set, the application will be marked as 'Deployed'.
