Question:
After upgrading the server running the Centrify software from Windows 2008/2008 R2 to 2012/2012 R2 what is the best way to confirm the upgrade was a success?

Answer:
After upgrading the OS you can check the "All Programs" group to ensure the software is still there.  Centrify Windows components supports OS upgrade.
To verify your agents are unaffected after the upgrade please is pick a few unix machines, that are joined to AD domain with Centrify, run 'adinfo' and make sure CentrifyDC mode is in connected mode.
