This article describes how to view pod details for a specific Centrify cloud tenant and register for alerts via trust.centrify.com.
How can administrators determine the cloud pod in use and health status for a specific Centrify tenant instance? Is there a process or web page that can display service health for a specific pod?
Centrify is proud to provide customers a web-based status page that provides service health data and alert subscription options at trust.centrify.com. Administrators can choose to subscribe for alerts for a specific pod when scheduled maintenance is performed or service status changes.
The Service Status table lists all the pods grouped by geographical regions. Pod status is indicated by a color=coded disc, indicating its current condition:
Green: Operational. All services are working properly Yellow: Degraded performance. Service is available with degraded performance. Orange: Partial Outage. Service is unavailable to some customers on this pod. Red: Major Outage. Service is unavailable to most customers on this pod.
How to Identify the specific pod for a cloud tenant:
1. Log in to the Admin Portal (https://cloud.centrify.com/manage) 2. In the upper right, select the drop down arrow on the display name of the logged in Administrator, and then choose "About"
3. Under the Region section, you will see the pod information here, including podscape and geographic location:
How to check pod health status:
Next, to check the up to date health for this pod, browse to Centrify Trust to check the current health status of the pod.
