Any user who selects to use MFA after it is enabled is unable to login.
Applies to: All version of Centrify Server Suite using MFA.
Problem: After enabling MFA, any user who selects the option to use MFA is unable to login at all.
Resolution: The accounts only have a security question setup for MFA. The account also must have at least a phone number setup on it and, preferably, a phone number and email address. When those are added, MFA should work properly.
