Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.
  • - Minimum supported Internet Explorer version is IE9

The User Portal is the end-user interface to the Centrify Identity Service. From this
portal, users open web applications assigned to them by an administrator, enroll and
manage mobile devices and can update account contact information.

By default, all cloud-based accounts and Active Directory users have login rights to
the Centrify User Portal. Users simply login using their username or email address
and password.

Access to the user portal is managed by default using the "Everybody" role. Administrators
can allow or deny access simply by Adding or removing users and groups to and from the role.

To access the Centrify User Portal, follow the below steps:
  1. Ensure the user account is a member of the Everybody role or member of a role associated with the "User Portal" app in the cloud manager.
  2. Login to the Centrify User Portal at using account username or email address and password.
