When the OAuth access token for provisioning expires, a notice is displayed on the provisioning page of Box and included in directory synchronization emails.
Our organization is using Centrify to provide single sign-on with Box. Administrators might run into issues provisioning users to the Box application. Please check the job report received via email. The following is seen:

Reason: The access token is no longer valid. Please re-authorize Centrify to provision users to this application.
When the App is first configured, administrators are being redirected to the Box's website to authenticate. After some time, the OAuth access token for provisioning will expire. When it does, a notice is included in directory synchronization emails and displayed on the provisioning page of Box:
When this happens, administrators will simply need to re-authorize Centrify to continue provisioning users for the Box accounts. To do so, log into the Cloud Admin portal. Under Apps, click on Box. Go to Provisioning on the left hand side and click on the "Re-authorize" button.
