KB-6049: Receiving "Error: App already exists. Upgrade <other app name> if necessary" while uploading mobile app

Centrify DirectControl ,   Centrify Identity Service, App Edition ,

12 April,16 at 10:57 AM

Applies to: All versions of Centrify Identity Service

Problem:

Adding a new mobile app in Cloud Manager receives the error in below screenshot.

For example, adding 'iKnock' mobile app to Cloud Manager:

Workaround:

If there is APK or binary with the same package name, e.g. 'com.company.test' exists in Cloud Manager, the new application is not allowed to be uploaded to Cloud Manager.

Please check if there is duplicate application deployed already and make the change there.
