Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.
  • - Minimum supported Internet Explorer version is IE9

Question:

If a file is too large to be attached to an email to a support case what other options exist?

Answer:

The following methods are available to customers to provide files for analysis by the Centrify Support engineers:

     Upload to
ftp.centrify.com using the Username and Password provided  by Support or the preexisting account setup for the customer by Support.

     Upload to
https://ftp.centrify.com 
using the Username and Password provided  by Support or the preexisting account setup for the customer by Support.


To  download a file that support has provided  please use  the Support provided account and password utilizing  either of the methods above.
