What are the different ways that a customer can upload files for Support Engineer inspection or to retrieve files that Support needs to get to get to the customer if they are too large to include in an email to the case.
If a file is too large to be attached to an email to a support case what other options exist?
The following methods are available to customers to provide files for analysis by the Centrify Support engineers:
Upload to ftp.centrify.com using the Username and Password provided by Support or the preexisting account setup for the customer by Support.
Upload to https://ftp.centrify.comusing the Username and Password provided by Support or the preexisting account setup for the customer by Support.
To download a file that support has provided please use the Support provided account and password utilizing either of the methods above.
