12 April,16 at 11:46 AM

Applies to:
Centrify for SAP

Problem:
After upgrading SAP NetWeaver portal from 7.0 to 7.4, SAP is not picking up the CentrifyLoginModuleLibrary and CentrifyRedirectApp modules used for SSO.

Workaround:
After upgrading the SAP NetWeaver portal to 7.3/7.4, uninstall the Centrify Modules and then reinstall the Centrify Modules. This will restore the SSO funcationality.

Please reference the Centrify SAP documentation "DirectControl for NetWeaver AS Java" for further information on the steps to install the CentrifyLoginModuleLibrary and the CentrifyRedirectApp
