Applies to: All versions of Centrify for SaaS

Question:
In Settings -> Account Customization -> Email Customization of Cloud Manager, what is the difference between "Invite User" and "Invite User with OTP"?

Answer:
The "Invite User" template is used when "group" invites are sent to an AD group. This type of invite does not include a one time passcode since it is a group email.
The "Invite User with OTP" template is used when individual emails to user are sent and it include the user's OTP - "One time passcode"
