KB-5188: adgpupdate shows license issue for non root user

Running adgpupdate as a non root user shows license required message:

[frank.liu@RHEL64Frank ~]$ adgpupdate
Running of adgpupdate is only permitted with a licensed copy of DirectControl.
Get a license or learn more about Centrify Suite at

License features have already been enabled by running adlicense -l as root / sudo and have been verified in the output of adinfo:

[frank.liu@RHEL64Frank ~]# adinfo
Licensed Features: Enabled

Running adgpupdate as root user does not see the same license message.

/var/centrifydc/kset.licensemode file is not readable by non root users:

[frank.liu@RHEL64Frank ~]$ ls /var/centrifydc/kset.licensemode
-rw-------. 1 root root 8 Mar 19 02:16 /var/centrifydc/kset.licensemode

Change the file permission to be readable by non root users:

[frank.liu@RHEL64Frank ~]$ sudo chmod 644 /var/centrifydc/kset.licensemode

[frank.liu@RHEL64Frank ~]$ ls /var/centrifydc/kset.licensemode
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 8 Mar 19 02:18 /var/centrifydc/kset.licensemode

After the change, running adgpupdate as non root user should not see the same license message again:

[frank.liu@RHEL64Frank ~]$ adgpupdate
Refreshing Computer Policy...
Refreshing User Policy...
User Policy disabled on this machine.
