Question:
The maximum size of attachments to Centrify Support tickets are limited to approximately 8 MB.
Is there a way to submit larger log files for analysis?
Answer:
Centrify Technical Support can create customer-specific FTP accounts to help with the exchange of files during the investigation of a case.
This secure FTP site is only
accessible to the assigned customer and Centrify Support agents.
Please notify Support if you have a large file to upload (For example full log packs).
The following information will be supplied:
- FTP address
- Username
- Password
Notes:
- Although it is possible to access the FTP via OS X Finder's "Connect to Server" function on Mac systems, some files may be denied write access and upload will not work.
- It is recommended to use a dedicated FTP client such as Filezilla when accessing the FTP.
