Applies to: All versions of Centrify Identity Service using Internet Explorer (IE)
Question:When using IE, Centrify Browser Extension (CBE) was installed either by:
1. Launching a web application that requires CBE in User Portal
or
2. Though the Downloads option in Cloud Manager (aka Admin Portal)

In IE browser > Settings > Manage add-ons, it shows CBE is enabled:

The problem is even though CBE is installed and enabled, every time a web application that requires CBE is launched in User Portal, user will be re-directed and shown with the installation screen again which is not expected:

Removing and reinstalling CBE didn't help even restarting IE browser after that. This prevents users from launching web applications that require CBE in User Portal. Is there a way to workaround this?
Answer:In Internet Options > Advanced tab, "Enable 3rd-party browser extensions" option should be checked:

It is recommended to restart the IE browser after checking this box.
