Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.
  • - Minimum supported Internet Explorer version is IE9

KB-46022: Connector Download Package Name Change

Question:
Why is the name of the download package for the connector changing?

Answer:
In an effort to simplify our product naming convention and avoid user confusion, starting with the Centrify Privileged Access Service (PAS) 21.1 release our connector download packages from the PAS portal will be named “Centrify-Connector-Installer.zip".  Customers using external tooling for downloading the connector using its old name, “Cloud-Management-Suite-win64.zip", will require an update.
