KB-45670: Centrify Audit Analyzer is not showing the session size

Auditing and Monitoring Service ,

11 December,20 at 10:15 PM

Problem: Completed sessions in "Centrify Direct Audit Analyzer" doesn't show the size of the session in the "Size(KB)" field

Cause: DirectAudit Management Server (service) is not running and/or the following cronjobs "Centrify.DirectAudit.Reporting.CalculationSessionsSizeTask" & "Centrify.DirectAudit.Reporting.CalculationSessionsSignatureTask" are currently not running on the system(s). (NOTE: The session size is not calculated for in-progress or disconnected sessions)

Workaround: Make sure DirectAudit Management Server (service) and "Cronjobs" on systems are running.

Solution: Launch "Centrify DirectdAudit Management Server Control Panel" and verify the (service) is currently running. If not click "Start" to enable the service.

To verify the “cronjobs” (that does the size calculations) are running on the system(s) run the following command below:

$ ps -ef | grep Centrify.DirectAudit.Reporting.CalculationSessionsSizeTask
