KB-4468: List of Office 365 sign-in error codes for the “Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in” error message

Problem:


After an Administrator adds the Office 365 web application to the Admin Portal and federates the Office 365 domain with Centrify, any users attempting to login to Office 365 results in the following error displayed in the Microsoft web portal:
 

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in. Please try again in a few minutes. If this doesn’t
work, you might want to contact your admin and report the following error: <XXXXXXXX>

(Where <XXXXXXXX> displays an alpha-numeric error code)



Solution:

The below table is provided by Microsoft Support KB 2615736 and outlines the different error codes that can be displayed during login to the Office 365 portal and how to troubleshoot.
