Question:
Installing a secondary node on a High Availability cluster, requires the use of the file clconf.zip. This is the recovery configuration file that was saved during the initial install and contains setup information and security certificates. If an older certificate has been replaced by a newer one in the installation, or if the configuration file has been misplaced, how can it be recreated?
Answer:
1) On the currently active PAS node (version 19.6 and later), start an Administrator powershell.
2) Navigate to the <Installation>\Centrify Identity Platform\scripts directory.
i.e. c:\Program Files\Centrify\Centrify Identity Platform\scripts
3) Run the script, rebuild_clconf.ps1 .
4) A popup will appear to browse to the location where the file should be saved.
