KB-3306: SQL1366N A security plug-in "centrifydc_db2group" processing error occurred

Question:
When a group called cidba (which has the unix id's) is assigned to SYSCTRL_GROUP group, it is possible to stop, start database (udbcid1) with the unix account.  However when attempting to create a database (which SYSCTRL_GROUP has privilege to do) centrify is rejecting the request and throwing the error below:
 
$ db2 create database test
SQL1366N A security plug-in "centrifydc_db2group" processing error occurred
on the client. Reason code = "7".
 
Answer:
As root on the Centrify server running DB2, please run the following command.
 
chmod 755 /cidba/home/udbcid1/sqllib/security64/plugin/group/centrifydc_db2group.so
