  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.

For the Centrify Privileged Access Service Centrify Client for Windows, please perform the following steps to collect debug logs for Centrify Support to investigate the issue.

1. Open the Windows command prompt and navigate to the location below:
C:\Program Files\Centrify\cagent

2.  Enable Debug logging:
.\cdebug.exe on

3. Reproduce the issue:

4. Disable debug logging:
.\cdebug.exe off

The default location of the debug logs is:
C:\ProgramData\Centrify\Logs

6. Send the "cdebug.log" file and any other requested files to Centrify Support.
