How to disable SSO with Centrify Putty version 0.62?

Answer:

Starting with the release of Putty version 0.61, there is a GSSAPI pane for kerberos authentication. To disable Single-Sign-On in Centrify Putty version 0.62, you need to UNCHECK both "Attempt GSSAPI authentication" and "Attempt Kerberos auth":
