The error message appears because the corresponding user's master key has been changed after upgraded the Deployment Manager. It can be fixed by either:
1. Input the root password for each of the discovered computers again in Deployment Manager or
2. Remove the .sdf file and build the computer list again in Deployment Manager.
You can find the .sdf file at the following location:
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Centrify\DeploymentManager\datastore.sdf
