Video data lost due to incompatible version of windows agent and management console
Question: How to avoid losing video data from DirectAudit v19.6?
Answer: In terms of the best practice, the upgrades should be completed in the following order to avoid loss of audit data.
Centrify Windows Agent
Note: If the audit agent was upgraded to v19.6 first any previously transmitted audited video data has been lost. Please make sure not to upgrade Centrify Agent for Windows to v19.6 unless all the collectors have been upgraded to the same or higher version in order to restore the ability to collect audited video data and make it new visible again.
