Question:
What is Centrify Technical Support's policy on custom scripts?


Answer:

For customer reported issues around custom scripts (PowerShell scripts, APIs...), if outside warranty, Centrify Technical Support will help perform a root-cause analysis to identify the problem source.

Centrify Technical Support will work with engineering to pursue a potential fix should the issue be 
found to be core product related. 

Customers will be advised to reach out to their Centrify account team for engaging professional services for the following:
  1. If the issue is identified to be configuration issue.
  2. If design guidance is being requested.
  3. If general How-To questions are being asked.
