KB-10609: Users are unable to log into servers that are newly joined to the domain

Authentication Service ,

1 July,18 at 02:19 AM

Problem:
After joining some new servers to the domain, users who have full access to these servers are unable to login. A login failure error keeps appearing.

Cause:
There is a cross trust domain in use and the dz.cache is not updating on the new servers.

Resolution:
Run
adflush -t to remove the cached trust information and then use the centrifydc.conf file to block any unnecessary trusted domains .
