Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.

KB-10488: User with system administrator role can no longer add users in cloud portal

Question: Why is a user with the system administrator role no longer able to add new users into the  cloud portal?

Answer:  In newer release, there is a new domain permission called "Add Account", by default it is not enabled. It is required to have this check box checked to add new users.
