On June 13, 2018, the SAML certificate referenced in the NetSuite Service Provider (SP) metadata will expire. NetSuite is in the process of renewing the SAML certificate and will be updating the NetSuite SP metadata file. NetSuite will release the change to all sandbox accounts on June 7, 2018 and to all production accounts on June 11, 2018.Solution:
After the change is made, all of NetSuite SAML customers will need to update their application configuration by uploading the NetSuite SP metadata file containing the new certificate at the Centrify Admin Portal.
Centrify supports the uploading of a metadata file. At the Admin Portal, under the ‘Trust’ section of the NetSuite application, choose the ‘Metadata’ option and upload a new certificate file. Below is where to upload the Netsuite SAML metadata file or SAML certificate:
This change only affects customers who have integrated the NetSuite SAML application with Centrify prior to this notification.
