Question:

How does an administrator adjust the timeout value for a Fortigate VPN when setting up RADIUS and MFA via Centrify?

Answer:

By default, the timeout for a Fortigate VPN is 5 seconds for RADIUS.

To make this adjustment, execute the following commands in the CLI to increase the timeout to 60 seconds (or more).

#config system global
#set remoteauthtimeout 60
#end
