KB-0754: How to disable the warning dialog when installing .pkg through remote desktop

Centrify DirectAudit ,   Centrify DirectControl ,   Centrify Identity Service, Mac Edition ,

12 April,16 at 11:12 AM

Applies to: All version of Centrify DirectControl for Mac

Question:

How to disable the warning dialog when installing .pkg through remote desktop?

Answer:

A warning dialog, concerning installation of the Centrify DirectControl plugin, appears during installation. This is not a problem for an attended installation, but for an unattended installation, it causes the installation to fail. Therefore, to install remotely, without manually supervising the installation, remove the following files:

CentrifyDC.pkg/Contents/Resources/display-popup.sh

CentrifyDC.pkg/Contents/Resources/open_adjoin.sh

from the package to disable the warning dialog.
