Applies to: All versions of Centrify DirectControl for UNIX/Linux

Question:

Is it possible to use Centrify DirectControl with Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM) or Active Directory LIghtweight Directory Services (ADLDS) instead of Active Directory?

Answer:

Centrify DirectControl will not work with ADAM. All user information must be stored in AD for Direct Control to work properly.
