Getting error message "The server is not operational" when Create Zone , Add User to Zone or Delegate Zone Control
There are many causes for this error message but most likely it is due DNS server failing to resolve the domain name
Add an A-record for the domain to the DNS server, or add a temporary entry your local hosts file. For example, the hosts file can be found on a 32-bit system in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and add something like:
Replace 127.0.0.1 with the server IP address and centrify.com with the actual domain name
