Centrify will be upgrading the communication service between Centrify Connector and Centrify Cloud to TCPRelay starting on April 21st, 2018. Per our previous customer notices, customers were advised to perform the Connector upgrade and IP whitelisting changes for us to initiate this service improvement effort. If you haven't made the changes required, please see KB-9894 and perform the required changes as soon as possible in order to avoid service disruption.
Over the following 6-8 weeks, Centrify will be performing a staged rollout to the new TCPRelay Communication Service layer. When a pod is scheduled to be migrated, we will notify customers on that pod via Centrify Trust with the following message 72 hours prior to deployment:
Pod is scheduled for migration to TCPRelay on . You will receive another notification once the migration has been completed. If you have any questions or experience any issues, please open a case via https://support.centrify.com, or call us at 669-444-5200.
Please be sure to subscribe to Centrify Trust in order to receive all system status changes and upcoming maintenance events for your Centrify pod.
