Tips for finding Knowledge Articles

  • - Enter just a few key words related to your question or problem
  • - Add Key words to refine your search as necessary
  • - Do not use punctuation
  • - Search is not case sensitive
  • - Avoid non-descriptive filler words like "how", "the", "what", etc.
  • - If you do not find what you are looking for the first time,reduce the number of key words you enter and try searching again.
  • - Minimum supported Internet Explorer version is IE9

Changes to NetSuite SAML Certificate

Per Oracle-NetSuite's recent customer notification, the SAML certificate referenced in the NetSuite Provider (SP) metadata will expire on June 13, 2018. NetSuite is currently in the process of renewing the NetSuite SAML certificate and will be updating the NetSuite SP metadata file. NetSuite will release the change to all sandbox accounts on June 6, 2018, and to all production accounts on June 7, 2018.


Once this change has been made, Centrify customers utilizing NetSuite SAML will need to update their application configuration by uploading the NetSuite SP metadata file containing the new certificate via the Centrify Admin Portal. In order to avoid potential service interruption, please ensure that you complete the required steps outlined in this knowledge base article:
